Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing DRESSME.LIVE (the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

The Service is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

2. Visual Representation & No Fit Guarantee

DRESSME provides artificial intelligence-assisted styling suggestions and visual try-on previews. All visualizations are aesthetic approximations intended to assist styling discovery.

DRESSME DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT PHYSICAL GARMENTS PURCHASED FROM THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS WILL EXACTLY MATCH THE DIGITAL VISUALIZATION IN FIT, FABRIC TEXTURE, DRAPE, OR COLOR UNDER REAL-WORLD CONDITIONS.

Sizing charts, return policies, and garment specifications are determined solely by the third-party merchants from which you purchase.

3. User Uploads & Biometric Consent

You retain full ownership of all photographs uploaded to the Service. By uploading an image, you grant DRESSME a temporary, non-exclusive license solely to process and render outfit visualizations requested by you.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the explicit permission of the individual depicted in any photo you submit. You must not upload photos of third parties without consent, or photos depicting minors.

Your photographs are processed in accordance with our Privacy Architecture and may be permanently deleted by you at any time via in-app controls.

4. Affiliate Disclosures & External Retailers

DRESSME participates in retailer affiliate marketing programs and may receive a commission on qualifying purchases made through external merchant links at no additional cost to you.

All transactions, order fulfillment, shipping, customer service, and returns occur directly between you and the respective third-party retailer. DRESSME is not a merchant of record and assumes no liability for retailer transactions.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying model weights; (b) upload unlawful, defamatory, or non-consensual imagery; (c) use automated scrapers or bots; or (d) interfere with service security protocols.
