DRESSME was built with a fundamental rule: personal photos uploaded for styling purposes are sensitive personal data and will never be sold, leased, or repurposed for general public AI model training.

2. Photo Handling & Processing Life Cycle

Upload Control: You select each photo individually. DRESSME never initiates background gallery syncing or scans your unselected device photos.

Local Pre-Processing: Where supported by client hardware, initial pose segmentation and lighting adjustments are performed directly on-device.

Secure In-Flight Encryption: Photos transmitted for rendering use TLS 1.3 encryption and are processed in isolated, ephemeral compute containers.

Zero Permanent Retention: Uploaded user reference photos are automatically queued for deletion within 30 days unless you explicitly save them to your encrypted profile wardrobe.

Instant Deletion: You can trigger immediate, permanent purging of your images and derived visual vectors at any time.

3. Third-Party AI Models & Data Boundaries

When styling logic utilizes third-party language models (such as OpenAI ChatGPT APIs for text prompt interpretation), only anonymized text parameters (occasion, dress code, temperature, aesthetic preferences) are passed.

RAW USER PHOTOS AND FACIAL BIOMETRIC VECTORS ARE NEVER TRANSMITTED TO GENERAL CHATGPT TEXT ENDPOINTS OR USED FOR OPENAI PUBLIC MODEL TRAINING.

4. Cookies and Telemetry

We use essential cookies to maintain secure sessions and remember styling preferences (such as selected language and currency).

Performance and analytics cookies are collected on an aggregated, pseudonymous basis to monitor system health and optimize conversion flows.
